A home for the good answers.

What we believe

Writing shouldn't start with a form. You came to write something down, so the page lets you. No sign-up, no tour, no "verify your email".

Your notes are yours. They're saved on your device, in your browser. We don't run a server that holds them, so there's nothing for us to read, sell or lose.

Calm beats clever. A plain page, a few good tools, and nothing blinking at you.

The name

A knot is how you keep something from slipping away. A jot is a quick note. KnotJot is both.

Who makes it

KnotJot is small and independent. Ideas, bugs and kind words are all welcome on the contact page.
